Money is always important, but the work is the most important. To have opportunity to make a big personal or team contribution into company. To clarify, it means if the company prosper everyboby would not be care about salary. Everyone will be estimated equally and will get a good salary.
41. If you were hiring a person for this job, what would you look for?
If I were hiring a person for a job, I would find someone who can adjust quickly in a changing environment. This is because the IT industry, the area I plan to work at in the future, is an ever changing environment and being able to adjust is a necessary skill required in order to survive in this business. Secondly, I would look for someone who's creative. This is important because the IT industry's main competitive advantage is creating something that hasn't existed before, and creativity enables this to happen. Thus creativity and the ability to adjust to any environment are the two qualities I would look for the most when hiring somebody.

What kind of person would you refuse to work with?
I think I would not like to work with a person who have less understanding in work, does not always be on time and does not keep his promise very often. Secondly, those who is arrogant, selfish, impolite and complain all the time because I think that kind of person does least but talks most. a person that doesn't take care of himself, have neither dream or passion would be also not nice. The person seems to be lazy and irresponsible in his business.
have a nice weekend,professor Hayashi^^

Why we should we hire you?
I thought ‘Sales’ is the most important part in the company where I applying.
The position seems to fit very well with my education, experience, and career interests.
The position requires excellent communication and sales skills. I understand the position also requires a candidate who is reliable, resourceful and detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and is able to deal with and complete specific and customized orders. I developed these skills through my experience and my particular interest in this sales part.
I think my English skills are not perfect in grammar but there is no problem to speaking English.
I’m not afraid of speaking with foreigners and I think ‘meaning’ is the key in conversation.
I have many experiences in sales, services and marketing parts.
These experiences must be helpful in Nike.
My goals and objectives seem to match your requirements well. I am confident that I can perform the job effectively and responsibly, and I am excited about the idea of working for a dynamic Athletic company.
Have a nice weekend!!^^

I think the most important opportunity in my generation is business with north korea. I read an article about north korea. Their SOC is very poor. We can construct roads, buildings, apartments, plants and so on. There are many advantages in this business. The labor is cheap and we can communicate easily. Above of all, many projects are gauranted by goverment. So that's why I want to work for this organization.

15. What is your philosophy towards work?
I strongly believe that working is important. People earn the money they need from working. I also have another clear reason. That is, to realize the reason to live. I believe that working is the most honest way to know one's value. Hard-working people get better reputation from others. In addition, it becomes confidence and makes the person's value clear. It would be awful and painful if there is nothing to do when you wake up. I have lots of dreams in this company. Also, I'll do my best. That would be the best to both the company and myself as well.

From my point of view, student should apply for certain internship program because it help not only getting a job but also figuring out their vocational attitute.
After global recession, efficiency is the key words in business area. So companies tend to hire the workforce having a lot of pre-expenditure for job training.
Additionally, by participated in internship program, students can find out which job is appropriate for them. Nowadays, most of students tend not to consider their vocational salary job as magnificent one. That's why they get stress during working hours. Through certain internship program, they should check out their attitute.
For these reason, i highly recommend you apply for certain intership program right now!

Altough there were some Korean people, those Koreans did not really help them a lot.

Q-What is more important to you: the money or the work?
A-I think work is important in my life, definitely. Although I don't have a lot of money, I'm happy. But if I don't have a work, I'm really miserable. People usally spend most of their time working. In other words working is part of life. I think if we don't have work, we'll be lazy. Actually money is important, too. I think working hard makes money, however money does'nt grow on trees. Therefore, I continued finding preferred job, I'll choose a job and work for a long time.
What is more important to you: the money or the work?
I think that the balance between work and money is very important.
The money is necessary to live. If I had no money, I couldn't alive. I couldn't buy something to eat or a house. So money is very essential.
But to me, success is very important too. When I am working, I think The feeling of satisfaction is a very important part.
So money and work are both important things.
34. Are you willing to work overtime? Nights? Weekends?
If necessary to work overtime, I'm doing that rightfully. People working on a job have to get a their own time. That makes better circumstance. It means the rest encourge the workers and they feel happy. But the happyness or satisfaction can keep they on job and on working. So do working overtime or weekend, it doesn't matter.

37. Are you willing to put the interests of the organization ahead ofyour own?
Yes, I am willing to put the interests of the organization ahead of my own interests. Since I will spend most of my time on working for the organization, it is my priority to get my work done. I personally think as long as I am in the organization, I should always be aware of what the organization's interests are and what I can do for the organization. If my part of my work is not done, organization will make a bad result in the project. I cannot harm my collegues neglecting what I should do. I will not completely forget about my interests, but I believe that if I care for the interests of the organization and do hard-working as a member of the organization, I will benefit from it eventually. Even if I do not, I would be satified with my ability to contribute to the organization.

What do co-workers say about you?
Sometimes I am considered as someone whe highly regard my individuality. Partly, it's right.
I am more concerned with my own experience than co-worker's one. So I tend to treat an advice or a recommendation lightly before I experience personally.
